Sunday Stash #126 ~ Laurie Wisbrun - Brrr

When asked if I would like to pre-view Laurie's yet to be released fabric collection Brrr! I had no hesitation in accepting this offer, after all I have previously enjoyed working with Laurie's earlier collections including Urban Circus,  Tufted Tweets and Pickups and Pooches.


How fun are these prints?  The colors are Wintery and perhaps a little Christmas-ey, and those Polar Bear prints are just plain adorable!  The range comes in two distinct colorways, a green (pictured above) and blue palette:

Brrr! by Laurie Wisbrun is due to start shipping in June this year, and what with time passing by so quickly, June will  be upon us more quickly than anticipated.

Can someone please tell me what happened to most of January?

    Rita I am still trying to figure out where January 2011 went, let alone 2012! Thanks for sharing Laurie's new collection with us - lucky (I think) that June won't take too long to get here so that I can purchase some (or all) of Brrr!

    I love both colorways and June will be here before we know it. I don't know why time flys so fast, maybe it is because we have so many projects lined out to do.

    I love both combinations, but if I had to choose, it would be the aqua and red!

    Ahh...that blue is wonderful! It may be just perfect for a quilted advent calendar for Christmas, 2012!

    I love Laurie's fabrics and although I thought nobody could come up with something cuter than the elephants... well she did :D. I love those bears!

    January? Let me see: a New Years Day lunch here, house guests, family visits, two funerals, FMQ class, a Knitters' Guild meeting, a doctor's appointment, and a baby dedication - and a little bit of sewing! I think that just about covers it!

    I love the lacy snowflakes on blue and the polar bears. This year has started off at a gallop for me. I can't believe it is almost February.

    I think the snow plows pushed January straight away...
