Sunday Stash #251 - Cloud9 Cirrus Solids

This week I received a treat from Cloud9 Fabrics ~ a fat quarter bundle of their brand new chambray weight cross-weave yarn-dyed solids called Cirrus Solids: 100% Certified Organic Cotton in 21 colors that coordinate well with many of the Cloud9 print collections (standard 44/45" wide). 

From Left to Right:
Limestone, Ash, Twig, Sand, Shadow, Bark, Midnight, Sprout, Grass, Amber, Petal, Coral,
Fuschia, Lava, Rain, Turquoise, Amazon, Sky, Lagoon, Ocean, and Iris

The fabrics are quilting weight with a visible weave and a slight "shot" appearance that is more obvious in the darker colors. I am looking forward to creating with these.

~ a bundle of fabrics by Umbrella Prints for a custom quilt project. Umbrella Prints is a textile house in South Australia run by Amy Prior and Carly Schwerdt.  These  inspirational girls  have been designing and hand printing fresh patterns onto organic cotton and hemp/cotton since 2006 and more recently have released organic quilting weight collections: first Floating World and now Mini Flowers ~
