Now if I were to tell you that I didn't bring back any fabric from my trip to The United States you would know, without a shadow of a doubt, that I was lying. America is quilter's heaven ~ with fabric at less than half the price than we can source locally and an abundance of online stores that will ship reliably within days of ordering!
This bundle is Amy Butler's new fabric collection, Soul Blossoms.
I am loving these color matched threads which are making my mind tick over with ideas! Cutting into this bundle of fabric may just have to be next on my list of things to do.
Enjoy Sunday,
Rita
I love Hawthorne threads! I usually get my fabric within 2 days of ordering it and they have awesome prices!
ReplyDeleteI love Soul Blossoms, love the thread, and love Hawthorne Thread! I'm looking forward to seeing what Soul Blossoms inspires in you!
ReplyDeletethose are gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat do you think of the fabric that soul Blossoms is printed on? Corrie (retromummy) and I were having a little email discussion saying how dissapointed we were in it - it seems a bit cheap and coarse. LOVE the prints and colours though!
ReplyDeleteOH, these fabrics look so pretty and delicious.
ReplyDeleteje comprends que tu aime ces couleurs elles sont superbes , un peu comme Kaffe Fassett
ReplyDeleteWow..I am heading over there to purchase some of that. That is going to be just perfect for a quilt for my daughters room. And...I Love Hawthorne Threads. The website is so user friendly.
ReplyDeleteYour stash must be amazing!
ReplyDeleteOoo! So pretty. I haven't purchased fabric in so long (maybe a month! :D lol) That thread has my mind racing as well...
ReplyDeleteHow delicious are they. I'm green with envy over, it's so pretty! I asked my husband if we could go to New York just to visit Purl Soho, he said no, which is just mean! I look forward to seeing your dedicated post ;-) xx
ReplyDeletelove all the colors ! I always spend so much time just spreading them out and looking at them....it is hard to cut them up into pieces LOL!
ReplyDeleteI have been resisting purchasing Soul Blossoms. Rita, you are terrible for my paypal account. You know that, right? *sigh* Love your fabric choices, and I just got an order from Hawthorne in the mail today. Guess now I'm off to place another order with them.
ReplyDeleteMan, you take the best Sunday Stash photos!!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. You have the best fabric.
ReplyDeleteIs your house painted all pretty colors like the fabric you choose?
I am so.......jealous!
ReplyDeleteOh, I would have been surprised if you'd come back with nothing! That's a great collection you purchased. Honestly can't wait to see what you have in store for it!
ReplyDeleteAh Rita, I will have fun catching up on your trip, it looks like you had an awesome time! A fabulous new range, can't wait to see what you do with it. xo
ReplyDeleteOh my word.. I just drooled on my keyboard! I can't wait to see what you will come up with for these amazing fabrics.
ReplyDeleteAmy Butler is great, same with me being in Australia - lots of great US online fabric at great prices - hard to resist. Xx
ReplyDeleteThat colour wheel of Sould Blossoms looks scrumptious. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteOh yes! What a delightful stash! And as my husband is American and we might even go there for X-mas this year, maybe I will just bring an empty suitcase and go shopping nuts over there. I order online fom the US most of the time as it cost a fourth of the price here in Switzerland. That is inluding the cost for shipping. Cant wait to see what you will make out of this AB stash. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteI heart Hawthorne Threads - glad you got to do some great fabric shopping!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fabric! I'm glad you were able to get some to bring home!! Fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm drooling all over my keyboard. Just beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteI feel so bad for the flooded Australians. Though I heard on NPR that they are handling it extremely well and that there isn't mass chaos or anything. That really helps.
ReplyDeleteIsn't that fabric dee-lish?? So glad you had the opportunity to get more affordable fabric.
I could not afford quilting if I were an Aussie. I've always dreamed about living there, but now I don't think that's a good idea. Unless I gather up a massive fabric stash before I move. ;)
